Your new role
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organising the company’s documentation. You’ll ensure adherence to document control procedures and policies, support project teams, and ensure smooth operational business.
Your key responsibilities will include reviewing, processing, and filing company documents promptly, managing document intake, storage, and retrieval efficiently, and collaborating with project teams to maintain accurate records. You will ensure compliance with quality management systems is up-to-date and utilise document management portals and databases such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
This role is office-based in Stirling with on-site parking available. You will be working from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Demonstrated experience in Document Control.
2. Proven organisational and administrative skills.
3. Experience with document management portals is desired and direct experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud would be beneficial.
4. Attention to detail.
