DNV Energy Systems is seeking a results-driven Marketing and Lead Generation Executive to support our UK&I Marketing, Communication, and Public Affairs team, with a specific focus on Spadeadam Labs and Testing services. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with marketing expertise to drive lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead Generation Strategies - developing and maintaining lead generation strategies and pipelines for future business, creating and optimizing conversion pathways from prospect to customer,
* Product Development and Marketing - work with product teams to create and position marketing assets effectively, developing compelling value propositions for testing services,
* Conduct Market Research - leading market research and customer insight initiatives, developing processes for monetizing customer data,
* Monitor Performance Metrics - monitoring and optimizing performance metrics across various initiatives.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
* Higher education degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field,
* Initial professional experience (1-3 years) in marketing, communication, social media, content creation or similar field,
* Knowledge of analytical tools in marketing,
* Analytical skills, data-driven approach,
* Ability to manage independent projects and excellent organizational abilities.
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you could bring:
* Genuine interest in the energy sector, sustainability, research domain in general,
* Energetic and proactive attitude,
* Creativity and easiness in content creation,
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
