The role will provide administration support for a smoking cessation service. The post holder will be responsible for a range of administration, ensuring the smooth running of the office and the administration of the programmes to meet targets and deadlines set by the funding bodies., You will provide administrative support to the Sandwell Service. You will work with the Service Lead and the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the office and the administration of the programs to meet targets and deadlines. Responsible for a range of administration, you will be based in our Sandwell Office., You will provide a range of administration duties for the service, including patient and health professional letters, patient database updates, appointment bookings, telephone queries, and liaising with health professionals and colleagues.
The role is key to the effectiveness and efficient functioning of the service, therefore will require robust organisational, communication skills and a positive approach to customer service.
