Connex Education Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for an "Good" Primary School in West Warrington and are seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant on a temp-perm basis. The role will be in KS1 and will accept applications from both full and part-time applicants. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students focusing on their unique educational and developmental needs. Collaborate with and assist the class teacher. Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that prioritises the overall well-being of students. Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate teaching and learning activities. Monitor and document student progress, offering feedback to teaching staff and parents. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant experience working with children, particularly those with in KS1, strong English and Maths skills required. Minimum qualification of a Teaching Assistant Level 2 Certificate or equivalent – Desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual students. Read, write, Ink training prefered. Personal Attributes: Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Adaptability to respond to the unique challenges and opportunities presented by each student.
