As part of our growth plans for 2025, we are looking to recruit Customer Experience Officers to enhance passengers' experiences at our airport. What you will work: Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off Flexible shifts based on demand Shifts typically start from 3am for early shifts and from 11am for late shifts, with flexibility expected What you will earn: Salary: £12.30 per hour / £13,467.62 per annum Role Purpose: Applicants must hold a full driving license. The Customer Service team is dynamic and serves as the ambassadors of LBA, ensuring excellent first impressions and 100% customer satisfaction. The role involves transporting and moving people from car parks, welcoming customers to the terminal, and running car-parking services, including the Meet and Greet service and the PRM service. Key responsibilities within the customer experience team: Deliver operational activities for the PRM service Drive and operate Ambulifts Perform all car park operation duties, including moving customer vehicles Landside and airside bussing Control Centre operation Project a positive image to staff, customers, and partners Assist PRM customers, ensuring high service levels Operate and monitor Parking and PRM computer systems Engage directly with customers, answering queries Ensure secure and timely parking of customer vehicles Applicants should be flexible for shift work across a 24-hour period. Person Specification: Fluent in English, both written and spoken Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail Smart appearance Good timekeeping Effective communication Problem-solving skills Essential Applicant Criteria: Background check and five years checkable work/education history Good computer skills Ability to complete tasks within a timescale Use mobile/PDA/Tablets and web-based programs Compliance with Safe Operating Procedures Over 21 years of age For driving duties: Full UK Driving License, held for a minimum of 3 years Clean license Training will be provided for all roles within the department.
