The purpose of the AML Manager is to work closely with the Head of AML to ensure the firm's adherence to anti-money laundering guidance and legislation. You will be responsible for:
1. Developing, implementing, and overseeing AML policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
2. Conduct regular risk assessments, monitor transactions, and identify potential financial crime risks
3. Ensure effective implementation of customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and know-your-customer (KYC) processes.
4. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to internal teams on AML regulations and best practices.
