Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Castle Donnington
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 9am to 5pm - Friday 9am to 2:30pm
Salary: Up to £22.5k basic plus commission
Are you a driven and motivated individual to join a dynamic team as a Telesales Executive?
Join our client's team as a Telesales Executive and help to develop highly qualified leads and generating meeting opportunities for the business development team to attend.
Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell the security services and products.
* Provide detailed information about our security solutions, addressing client inquiries effectively.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects.
* Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.
* Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
Skills & Experience for a Telesales Executive:
* Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
* Self-motivated and goal oriented.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Resilient and positive nature – able to handle rejection.
