We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee media planning, retail and trade marketing, and event execution for an iconic, luxury watchmaker. This pivotal role ensures brand awareness, in-store conversion, and customer engagement while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborating closely with retail and boutiques, wholesale partners and media agencies, you will execute high-impact campaigns and support seamless product launches across all channels to elevate their presence in the UK market.
Media
* Media planning and execution both online and offline aligned with brand objectives and guidelines.
* Manage day to day relationships with media agencies and publishers and production to ensure effective planning, asset delivery and execution.
* Collaborate with key retail and wholesale partners on co-op media activities.
* Oversee media budget tracking and invoice management.
* Prepare high-quality presentations and reporting files for campaign tracking, reporting and analysis to be submitted to global headquarters.
Retail & Trade Marketing
* Develop and execute tailored marketing plans to support key wholesale partners to drive brand visibility and enhance sales performance.
* Execute seamless collection and novelty launches on retailer websites and platforms, ensuring timely asset delivery, accuracy and brand alignment. Review and analyse retailer scorecard tracking the performance.
* Support boutiques through tailored events, initiatives and animations including exclusive client activations, in store experiences and VIP experiences to drive traffic and loyalty. Collaborate closely with retail teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Oversee and manage brand merchandise program, including gift-with-purchase, promotional giveaways and co-branded merchandise in collaboration with retail, global teams and VM.
* Support sales, retail and training teams on development.
* Coordinate publication distribution and direct mail campaigns to support boutique network and retail partners.
* Drive database growth, customer acquisition and retention. Work with the headquarter and ecommerce teams on newsletter calendar, briefing, review and reporting.
* Develop and oversee the production of marketing and sales collateral, including POS materials, invitations, and communications assets, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines for brand safety and consistency.
Event Management
* End-to-end planning and execution of brand and retail events, including product launches, sales roadshows, boutique events, brand pop-ups, clienteling events, wholesale partner activations, training events and staff reward programs.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event evaluations ensuring seamless execution.
* Develop scalable boutique events programs, providing event concepts, assets, toolkits and training to ensure brand consistency and ease of implementation.
* Manage budgeting, cost control and ROI analysis.
* Post-event evaluations, reporting and presentations for distribution to headquarters and partners.
Reporting and Analysis
* Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, market trends and competitors, providing actionable insights.
* Prepare and present high-level reports and presentations using PowerPoint, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Monitor and analyse key KPIs across media, retail, and trade marketing, using insights to optimize future strategies and investment.
Qualifications/Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within the luxury goods sector, preferably in watches, jewellery or high-end retail.
* Proven expertise in media planning and execution across offline and online channels.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute high level events from concept to completion.
* Creative and strategic mindset, with ability to think outside the box.
* Strong understanding of the UK luxury retail landscape.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Budget management.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel with strong reporting and presentation skills.
