You will be joining an ambitious company assisting with administrative duties to both the general office and the events function. Duties as the Business & Events Administrator include:
1. Provide vital admin support regarding events
2. Handling queries from clients and customers, both efficiently and effectively
3. Meeting and greeting visitors
4. Updating mailing lists on CRM and dealing with relevant documentation, including booking forms
5. Create event attendee lists and process attendee badges
6. Use of social media to promote events on behalf of the business
7. Amending data and sending out details to clients
8. Quality checking and devising lists and reports
9. Stock checking and collating suitable data
10. Liaising with internal and external parties
11. Supporting the team at events
12. General administrative duties
13. Ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
