Role Overview Job Purpose This role is pivotal as we aim to strengthen our market position, enhance customer engagement, and increase sales growth within the UK accident repair market. Market Research & Analysis: · Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. · Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. · Share insights and findings with the team to inform strategic decisions. Strategic Planning & Execution: · Collaborate with the Volkswagen Group head office team to develop and implement strategic plans for sales. · Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success. Training & Development: · Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and technologies to maintain expertise in the field. Customer Support & Relationship Management: · Act as a customer support function, assisting customers with enquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. · Attend customer meetings, centre visits, and industry events to promote products and build relationships. Collaboration & Communication: · Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy. · Communicate regularly with the Volkswagen Group head office team, sharing updates, insights About the RoleWho are TPS?
