Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and Operations, the Network Operation Administrator is responsible for the organisation of Asset Operations. You will provide support to the technical admin and the LPG Operations team. This is a full-time role based in our Jersey office.
Network Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the network department with tasks to include:
Purchase Orders & Invoices
Populate P Output Spreadsheet and email all parties with plant output data
Populate plant output graph
Scan daily round sheets
Populate ship planning spreadsheet
Populate CV spreadsheet
Scan paperwork (call out sheets, weekly/ monthly checks, visitors sheet, ship discharge)
Liaise with suppliers and customers.
Daily stock sheet to CJM/CT
Update daily spreadsheets.
Preliminary end of month stats preparation
Catering for visitors/meetings
Take phone calls and messages when required.
Glass Wall information
Road closures
Raising and completing jobs and updating systems with job information
Personal welfare – holidays, sickness, rota
Ensure own safety and all the resources within sphere of control.

Ensure compliance with all administrational and Health, Safety & Environmental policies, and procedures in the delivery of all activities.
Ensure that appropriate processes are in place to ensure valued delivery of the defined outcomes and that the processes are challenged to ensure that the value is maintained throughout the process.
Identify possibilities for performance and productivity improvements. Form clearly defined outcomes, identify gaps and put into action appropriate mechanisms to realise the outcomes.
Identify and keep up to date with technical innovation appropriate to the operational and administrative activities
Minimum Requirements:
Possess good IT skills across Microsoft packages and database systems.
Demonstrate good communication skills both verbally and written
Possess good administration and organisational skills
Demonstrate customer service skills
Self-motivated, positive attitude, integrity, tolerance and confidence.
Ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail
Ability to observe the Company’s data Protection Policy
