The Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with ASD and EBD, helping them re-engage with education. Assist in delivering both academic and therapeutic interventions to promote holistic development. Create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and implement individual learning plans.What We're Looking For: A compassionate, patient individual with experience or interest in supporting children with ASD and EBD. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to addressing individual needs. A current DBS certificate on the Update Service.
