HR Advisor – Scottish Forestry People Team
Scottish Forestry is looking for a proactive and collaborative HR Advisor to join our People Team within the Transformation and Corporate Services group. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working options.
In this varied role, you will provide essential HR support to colleagues across the agency. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Offering HR advice and coaching to managers and staff
2. Supporting resourcing efforts and performance management processes
3. Assisting with the application of terms and conditions of employment
4. Analysing staffing management information (MI)
5. Contributing to HR-related projects
We offer hybrid working, allowing you to split your time between our office in Saughton House, Edinburgh, working from home, and visiting our teams across Scotland.
