Our client is currently recruiting an Inbound Sales Advisor to join their successful team in Northampton on a full-time permanent basis. You will be qualifying leads, building rapport with potential clients and meeting weekly KPI's. With an industry leading commission structure in place, you can achieve more than £70k plus in year one. You will adopt a proactive and consultative sales approach, enjoying the opportunity to build relationships with your customers and provide them with the most suitable finance solutions for their businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
• Qualifying leads effectively.
• Engaging with inbound inquiries to understand their business finance needs.
• Conducting outbound calls to businesses to present tailored finance solutions.
• Leading and attending face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
• Achieving realistic weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Retaining customers by conducting service reviews and actively seeking cross-selling opportunities to maximise every chance.
