You will be responsible for managing contracts and projects, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that all technical specifications and reports are accurate and compliant. Your work will involve surveying and inspecting properties, while maintaining strict adherence to fire safety and building regulations. You will also manage and monitor work programmes, produce detailed technical documentation, and provide expert advice on fire safety matters. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be consulting, advising, and negotiating with various stakeholders. You'll be expected to work independently, while ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. Please note this role does not attract sponsorship. About you You bring a wealth of knowledge in fire safety and building regulations, including expertise in the Regulatory Fire Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Building Safety Regulations. With a strong background in project and contract management, you are comfortable working with budgets, financial analysis, and producing complex project briefs. You also have a sound understanding of health and safety legislation, including CDM, Asbestos Regulations, and COSHH. Your qualifications include an HNC in Surveying or a related field, along with a NEBOSH Fire Safety certification. You're capable of managing conflicting deadlines and workloads while attending sites across the UK as needed.
