We're currently seeking a Project Support Coordinator who shares our commitment to quality, service, and environmental improvement.
Role Overview:
To support the successful delivery of the Moray and Highland projects. Providing administrative support within the various ongoing multi-measure energy contracts, project and customer/client focus across multiple site contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Clear understanding of home energy improvement projects associated tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the project from an administration perspective.
2. Support the 360-scheme process, ensuring the project is in line with legislative/key process changes.
3. Liaise with the operations director, area manager, site teams & sub-contractors.
4. Support planning and processes to ensure project KPI’s are met.
5. Log, follow-up and ensure resolution of customer complaints.
6. Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
7. Process, update and issue programmed works, uploading to in-house and external databases.
8. Producing quotes for Green Homes applications.
9. Supporting the Project Coordinator to create project progress reports for Management and clients.
10. Focus on customer engagement and service and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
11. Monitor and close off all aspects of completions.
12. Reviewing and issuing of survey schedules including updating survey status and survey uploads.
13. Answering and directing customer calls.
Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence others.
2. Ability to convey technically challenging information through a variety of media including presentations, written reports, diagrams, and graphics.
3. Strong IT skills and knowledge of IT systems such as MS Projects and Excel.
4. Demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility to deliver projects within budget & timeframe.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.

What We Offer:
1. Salary £27,000 per annum (Fully negotiable dependent on experience).
2. 40 hours per week.
3. Hybrid – mainly working from home within Moray or Highlands, may require some travel to meet business requirements.
