Temporary Administrator - 30 hours per week - Grantham - £11.79 per hour - Up to 6 months
Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a well-known and loved client in Grantham, Lincs.
The role of temporary administrator is to provide operational admin support to the wider business facilitating effective use of corporate systems. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) and fully office based.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications.
2. Ensure acknowledgement and first response, referring on to appropriate teams and staff, ensuring timely responses.
3. Undertake a range of administrative tasks including raising PO's, managing queries, document maintenance, booking travel, maintenance of spreadsheets and records, and post.
4. Organise meetings, catering, maintain calendars, and administer event bookings, as agreed with team managers.
5. Maintain accurate records in a database of all activities.
6. Provide support and training to team members.
7. Provide admin support to the organisers of large scale events.
8. Support managers with regards to company processes and systems.
Ideal Person
1. Administrative experience supporting a diverse team.
2. Experience using IT systems and MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Experience using databases and CRM/SRM systems is preferable.
4. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately and according to GDPR guidelines.
5. Communication - able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with a confident telephone manner.
6. Organisation - able to plan, manage time and prioritise workload, with good attention to detail.
7. Collaborative - able to work across multiple teams, positively and pro-actively, building effective relationships.
8. Results focused - you will be able to prioritise and act with determination to achieve results.
