This organisation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join the HR team and play a pivotal role in aligning the HR strategies with the business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Provide strategic guidance on talent management, organisational development, and workforce planning. Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning. Collaborate with HR centres of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions. Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and optimize organisational performance. Support change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Experience & Qualifications: CIPD Qualified level 7 Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics effectively.
