As a Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support within one of the UK's leading specialist care providers. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing environment for young people, focusing on therapeutic care and holistic support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs.
* Work closely with the Support Workers, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
* Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development.
* Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
About You:
* Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
* Experience working with children working with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge
* Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
* A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people.
* Must be a driver to a car.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
