Front of House Manager Working an average of 3.5 days per week (9.30-21.30 on a 2 in then 2 off rolling pattern) About the Role We are on the lookout for a FOH Manager to join our management team at our Colne site. They will be responsible for managing and motivating the team on a daily basis and maintaining the business and its standards. Key Responsibilities: Developing a breadth of knowledge about the company, people and products. Communicating effectively with fellow managers and team members to ensure the smooth daily running of the business and to inspire a positive work environment. Maintaining safety, efficiency and consistency within the workplace and being confident to resolve issues as they arise. Completing administration tasks and keeping an organised work area including money handling, use of email systems and internal systems of which training will be provided. Leading and guiding the team within the Restaurant and Takeaway to offer a high standard of customer service and food quality whilst handling customer queries and issues promptly and effectively. About You Skills in leadership and communication are essential to this role and a willingness to learn new skills is crucial. The ability to work flexibly and problem solve will be ideal in the successful candidate, alongside some computer skills and customer service however training will be provided where needed. The successful applicant will be motivated and hardworking, with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload as well as delegate tasks to their team.
