Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Role duties; To lead the Quality Assurance process for Level 5 and Level 7 School Leader Apprenticeships, achieving high sustained performance, quality of delivery and learner journey in line with internal and external standards. Work closely with the Curriculum Development team to ensure curriculum content and delivery is in line with NPQ frameworks. Carry out regular observations of activity, share best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of Assessors best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of Assessors Support achieving consistency of delivery through Standardisation activities Drive and implement continuous quality improvement.
