Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Windsor
Type: Permanent, full-time
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Printing out incoming invoices and processing sales invoices
Logging accounts payable and updating accounts once payment received
Credit control, including management of accounts receivable ledger, chasing outstanding debtors and answering supplier queries
Supporting the preparation of the monthly management reports
Hard copy filing and bank reconciliation
Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Supporting the weekly payroll process
Expenses - checking receipts and calculating VAT
Assistance with updating internal processes to drive efficiency's in the finance department
Point of contact to answer queries from external auditors during the annual audit
What we are looking for:
Desire to progress with CIMA studies, offered by the company
Experience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks (preferable)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop your skills
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
