We're currently on the lookout for a Superstar General Manager at the Old Coffee Tavern.
More about the Role:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, bar, and hotel operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

* Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar venue is highly desirable.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
* Manage budgets, monitor the site’s financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
* A notable interest in fantastic food, cocktails, wine, and beer.
* Great attention to detail, high standards, and exceptional customer service skills.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special events and promotions.
* A proven track record of effective organization and planning.
* A can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task.
