Then this could be the role for you. We are working with a leading independent retail design agency on their search for a new Project Manager to join their team. They are based in Leicestershire and are offering a salary up to £43k. The team have flexible working and tend to be majority on site collaborating, but approximately 20% of the time is remote working. The Client Our client is a leading independent retail design agency working from concept design and brief to full in-store installation. They work with local, national and global brands and retailers on brand and retail activations. They work on delivery of a wide variety of project types within retail spaces (pop ups, experiential, promotional sites, instore updates, fixture rollouts). The team are a really talented bunch of specialists within retail design – they focus on creating brilliant customer experience and increasing footfall in store by using carefully considered design. They are based in the Leicestershire countryside and the team love what they do meaning it’s a fun, energetic and creative working environment. The Role The ideal Project Manager for this role will be passionate about retail design with strong experience in this space. You will be super organised and calm under pressure to deliver on multiple projects at various stages and spin plates. The Project Manager will manage multiple fast-paced retail and brand activation projects on time and within budget, and always strives for the best quality. You will act as the main point of contact between external clients and internal teams across design, manufacture and installation. This role involves some travel to clients and suppliers, occasionally on an International basis. About You Be a brilliant communicator and relationship builder Strong Project Management skills and experience within the retail design space (ideally 5 years) Understanding of manufacturing (drawing, manufacture, installation) Creative thinker to brainstorm ideas and concepts Experience preparing schedules and workplans Ability to identify risks and challenges and problem solve these methodically Able to foresee, identify and eradicate risks on a project ensuring that key priorities are dealt with in the most practical order. Ideally have an understanding of Health & Safety requirements Experience of providing cost estimated and production quotes Happy for some degree of travel within the role Pro-active, confident and calm under pressure UK Driving Licence
