HR Junior Coordinator (6-Month FTC)

This 6 month FTC offers the chance to support a range of HR and payroll functions, including recruitment, compliance, and administration, ensuring smooth HR operations for UK-based employees.
Key Responsibilities
* HR/Payroll Administration: Update and manage the HRIS system (Oracle) for data accuracy and compliance, handle payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate tracking of benefits and absences.
* Regulatory Compliance: Support HR audits and maintain compliance with UK regulatory standards (UKAS, CQC).
* Recruitment: Oversee job postings, manage candidate applications, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address audit findings and maintain accreditation requirements.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination and administration, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Oracle) is advantageous.
* Previous experience in the healthcare sector or similar regulated environments is a plus.
