Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need. Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape. Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members. Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
