Market Development Representative – Southeast Region
The Market Development Representative (MDR) for the Southeast Region covering Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC and Nashville, TN will work on cultivating builder and remodeler leads in various determined markets within the region, through a variety of sales prospecting efforts. This role is suited for a highly self-motivated, competitive, and coachable individual looking to develop a career in sales.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience.
* Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability.
* Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross functional environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience working with a CRM platform preferred.
* Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
* Passionate about continuous learning & growing the business.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Willing to travel.

Performance Responsibilities:
* Willing to continuously prospect in person, through calls and emails, to generate leads.
* Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
* Attend trade shows, and other networking events during the day, evenings and potentially weekends.
* Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the company, its values and growth philosophy as well as the residential construction industry.
* Follow up on company and industry supplied leads.
* Full responsibility for developing and maintaining a robust individual sales pipeline from lead generation through won/lost close.
* Maintain and update CRM activity for assigned region and provide regular updates to company leadership as requested.
* Have a sound understanding of market intelligence for assigned region and provide insights and feedback to company leadership.
* Additional duties as determined by leadership to help drive sales success for the MDR and company.
Job Type:
Full-Time.
Pay:
$48K annual base salary plus uncapped commission potential and additional commission/residuals carrying into year two.
Although this is a remote position, we are seeking candidates who reside in the Southeast Region.
