Candidates will need previous experience of managing multiple, diverse live event projects, working with external clients and organising the resources needed to support them, including managing meetings and actions, preparing event concepts & pitch presentations, creating design briefs, producing budgets and issuing contracts. You will be communicating and pitching to events & exhibition producers, festival organisers and attraction venues as well as working alongside our archiving department to confirm exhibition content, brand team to develop marketing assets and campaign plans and liaising with and booking crew resource and travel where required.
