Role: Sales Trailblazer – responsible for making outbound calls to business owners, introducing services, and creating opportunities for business development to sign up new clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Promote employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs.
* Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors.
* Work with your Business Development Manager to plan quarterly seminars to maximize sales.
* Generate leads, appointments, and referrals through daily activity.
* Maintain and manage your sales pipeline accurately.
Candidate Profile
* Some sales experience, either face-to-face or over the phone.
* Confident communicator with a personable phone manner.
* Ambitious and driven by targets and earnings.
* Resilient and eager to learn and improve.
* Ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
