Salary The on-target earning potential for this role is £25,022 per hours compromising of a base salary of £23,795 plus a qualified estimate of £1394 gratuities per annum. About the role This role is a 40-hour contract working 5 days out of 7 Working as a Golf Operations Assistant your main duties are to provide excellent service to customers within all functions of the Golf Operation and to support the Golf Operation Management team in the smooth running of the Derby, PGA National and famous- Brabazon Golf Course, whilst maximising all revenue opportunities. You will also be responsible for: To undertake and complete starter duties and ranger duties to ensure the smooth running of the Golf Operation on a daily basis To operate the Golf course shuttle bus, Bag Store and Bag Drop facility as and when necessary To deal with customer enquires and queries in a polite and professional manner To have an understanding and awareness of the resort and promote The Belfry and facilities to customers at every opportunity To maximise revenue and departmental targets to increase revenue for the golf operation About you The ideal candidate will be passionate about golf and have experience either playing golf or comes from a golfing background. You will also be Guest-focused and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
