Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the installation of CCTV Systems, Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control systems, ensuring projects meet company and industry standards.
* Manage and lead the installation team, ensuring optimal performance and efficient use of resources.
* Develop project schedules and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of installations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and relevant industry regulations.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, reports, and records of installations.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical teams, to ensure smooth project delivery.
