What the Job Involves As a Social Care Worker, you will support adults at risk by delivering safe and personalized care based on individual support plans and risk assessments. Your responsibilities include assisting with personal care activities, monitoring progress and behavior, ensuring the accurate administration of medication, and contributing to care planning and daily activities. Your role also involves attending meetings, communicating with clients and professionals, and maintaining accurate records and information security protocols. Additionally, you will use assistive technologies and support the transport and safe handling of clients and medication.
