SF Recruitment are pleased to announce a role we are supporting a local Burton business who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to their finance department. This role is permanent, with working hours of 39 per week Monday to Friday, with an opportunity to work one day from home each week. Working collaboratively as a team, you will be responsible for the UK suppliers. Benefits: -One day working from home -25 days annual leave bank holidays -Life assurance -Standard life pension -Cycle to work Your duties would consist of the following: -Invoice processing onto SAP -Supplier account reconciliations -Monthly bank reconciliations -Setting up new contracted accounts -Handling queries and escalating to the Purchase Ledger manager if required -Assisting with company expenses, including credit cards and mileage We are looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk who has key experience in both manual and automated processes.
