James Adams is currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager. This is a permanent position based in Birmingham working hybrid remotely. Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you'll oversee and deliver IT projects, primarily focused on Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage project teams, and ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Plan and execute projects within timelines and budgets. Lead and support project teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and gather requirements. Maintain open communication with stakeholders. Identify and address project risks and issues. Develop and implement contingency plans. Create and maintain project documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and clients. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and finances. Prepare project reports and documentation. Communicate project goals and benefits clearly. Manage third-party vendors. Ensure projects are well-documented for future support. Salesforce Expertise: Maintain data quality and accuracy in Salesforce. Collaborate on IT security measures. Manage Salesforce-related vendor relationships. General IT Responsibilities: Follow and improve software delivery processes. Assist the broader IT team. Adhere to company policies. Qualifications: Proven IT project management experience. Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Salesforce or CRM platform experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
