Are you ready to lead, innovate, and grow in an independent, forward-thinking veterinary practice? This proudly independent practice in Birmingham is on the hunt for a confident all-rounder with a strong surgical bias, diagnostic imaging skills, and a flair for organisation to head up a dynamic 4-vet team.
The practice offers a mix of consultations, surgeries, and inpatient care, with the freedom to follow up on cases and expand your personal interests. You'll work in a well-equipped, spacious facility featuring separate dog and cat waiting areas, a dedicated pharmacy, and a fully equipped dog grooming space. The clinical areas boast three consultation rooms, a staff kitchen with a relaxing space to unwind, separate kennels for cats and dogs, a spacious prep area, a dental suite, and a sterile theatre. Here, you'll perform not only routine surgeries but also a variety of soft tissue and emergency procedures, including TECA, BOAS, and orthopaedic surgeries.
State-of-the-art equipment is at your fingertips, including a ProPet70 Sonoscape Ultrasound Machine with advanced cardiac probes, a portable Butterfly Ultrasound, a new digital X-ray system, and an Idexx lab suite for in-house hematology and biochemistry testing. With access to two external laboratories, the practice ensures top-notch diagnostic capabilities to support your work.

The Rota:
• Full time position
• 1:3 Saturday Mornings
• Monday to Friday rotas / 10:30-6:30 or 8:30-4:30
