What Youll Do Developing Employment & Skills Plans for projects to satisfy 106 agreements Working with project team/ supply chain to deliver, monitor and report on our Employment & Skills Plans Deliver community engagement activities such as career talks, CV Writing workshops, leading volunteering activities etc Creating and maintaining good working relationships with local authorities, local employment and education providers, charities, community projects and other third party organisations Supporting the proposals team with social value responses Supporting the site teams with Considerate Constructor Scheme monitors visits. What Were Looking For Skills and Experience Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, tailored to a wide range of audiences Excellent organisational skills to ensure high quality social value activities are in place and delivered Ability to build strong networks and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Experience of working within Social Value or transferable skills Personal Attributes Strong communication skills able to engage with diverse stakeholders. Empathy and emotional intelligence understanding community needs and able to build relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Problem solving ability identifying challenges in delivering social value and develop creative solutions Leadership and influence capable of inspiring teams and partners to prioritise social impact within projects Adaptability and resilience - navigating challenges such as shifting regulations, funding limitations and stakeholder expectations.
