Are you a Supervisor or Manager in the Fire Safety, Electrical, or Construction industry (or similar), looking for the next step in your career? This well-established company has over 20 years of experience within the Fire industry and specializes in the installation, servicing, and repair of fire safety and security equipment. Due to a department restructure, they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team of 70 in their St Albans branch.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships while supporting a team of engineers in their professional and personal development. You'll identify training needs, provide solutions, and continually develop client relationships. You will work closely with the existing Customer Service Manager in addition to liaising closely with other members of the senior leadership team.
The Role:
1. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
2. Supporting and guiding a team of engineers in their development
3. Identifying training needs and implementing solutions
4. Ensuring client satisfaction and furthering customer relationships
The Person:
1. Background in Fire Safety, Construction, Electrical, or a related field
2. Looking for a managerial role with a focus on development and client relations
3. Commutable to St Albans
