Up to £55,000 dependent on experience We’re currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our expanding team as a Project Manager, as we embark on an exciting journey within the Change team at AXA. There's a substantial investment planned for all UK&I businesses, aimed at transforming our operations, introducing new digital services to our customers, and simplifying and automating our business processes. You'll play a key part in building our Change capability, accelerating the delivery of our strategic programmes, and promoting the adoption of improved ways of working and more effective change delivery across UK&I. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Bolton office or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Deliver assigned projects to agreed criteria and project methodology. Identify, assess, and manage risks, escalating where needed and proposes solutions to address any key issues that arise. Effectively estimate costs, timescales, and resource requirements, securing resources and building plans for the successful delivery of the projects. Monitor and track all activities and acts where these deviate from the plan. Manage third parties and suppliers to meet all project goals within agreed costs, time, and quality criteria. Effectively manage all stakeholders to ensure full understanding, commitment, and engagement to the project goals. Actively represent the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business and provide accurate and timely reports. What you’ll bring: Project Management experience with a qualification such as Agile PM, APM or Prince2 Practitioner. Experience of budget management. Proven decision-making ability. Strong relationship management skills and ability to build successful relationships with internal and external customer and stakeholders. Proven experience of managing relationships with third parties. Awareness of the concepts of risk management and compliance in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
