A public sector organisation looking for a planned and reactive maintenance surveyor to look after the Greater Manchester portfolio of residential properties. You will be looking after a variety of older and newer houses, delivering reactive maintenance surveys and quinquennial inspections. You will be working in a small team environment, autonomously delivering specifications.
