We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Birmingham. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services.
* Liaise with candidates and clients to ensure seamless communication and timely updates.
* Manage and update recruitment systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
* Work closely with the recruitment team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and able to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Full UK driving license and own transport required.
What We Offer
