As a Program Leader you willspearhead the strategic planning execution and oversight of aportfolio of projects aimed at achieving organizational objectives.This role demands a seasoned professional who can navigate complexinitiatives foster collaboration among diverse teams and driveinnovation while ensuring alignment with business goals. You willbe instrumental in orchestrating resources managing risks anddelivering sustainable results within a dynamicenvironment.
Keyjob responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive programstratgy aligned with the organizations vision and goals. Identifykey initiatives prioritize projects and establish clear objectivesand performance metrics.
* Project Oversight:Provide leadership and direction to project managers and teamsthroughout the project lifecycle. Monitor progress resolve issuesand ensure adherence to timelines budgets and qualitystandards.
* Stakeholder Management: Cultivatestrong relationships with stakeholders including executivessponsors and team members. Facilitate communication manageexpectations and solicit feedback to ensure alignment and supportfor program initiatives.
* Resource Allocation:Optimize the allocation of resources including personnel budget andtechnology to support program goals. Identify resource gapsimplement contingency plans and drive efficiency to maximizeproductivity and minimize risks.
* RiskManagement: Anticipate and mitigate program risks by implementingrobust risk management processes and mitigation strategies.Proactively identify potential obstacles develop contingency plansand escalate issues as needed to ensure timelyresolution.
* Quality Assurance: Establish andenforce quality standards best practices and governance frameworksacross all program activities. Conduct regular reviews audits andassessments to monitor performance and drive continuousimprovement.
* Change Management: Champion aculture of innovation adaptability and continuous improvementwithin the program and across the organization. Drive changeinitiatives promote adoption of new processes and technologies andfoster a growth mindset among team members.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular status reportsdashboards and presentations for executive leadership andstakeholders. Analyze program performance identify trends andprovide insights to inform decisionmaking and course corrections asneeded.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Project Management or related field.Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
* Proven track record of success in program management withextensive experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate orenterprise setting.
* Exceptional leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to inspire influence andmotivate crossfunctional teams.
* Strongstrategic thinking and analytical abilities with a focus on drivingresults and delivering value to the organization.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies tools andsoftware platforms.
* Demonstrated expertise instakeholder management change management and riskmitigation.
* Experience in budget managementfinancial analysis and resource planning.
