Team/Role Overview The Product Data Governance Officer (PDGO) will be the Data Owner for the Payments Business data quality and the Accountable Data Owner Each Citi Business and Function owns and manages the risks, including poor data quality risk, inherent in or arising from its operations and is responsible and accountable for having controls in place to mitigate key risks, performing assessments of internal controls, and promoting a culture of compliance and control for their organization. What you’ll do Manages the Payments Data Governance office, which includes a team of 2 Establishing a culture of good data governance in line with the Citi Data Governance Policy Responsible for working with the Payment Data owners in order to establish and maintains standards across all product lines Engagement with Services Data Governance Office to ensure continued alignment to shared priorities Identify and implement modern toolsets in order to mitigate risk of poor data quality Manage the Payments Maps CDEs and DEs to a Data Domain. Accepts and meets Data Consumer requirements. Tracks and monitors data quality exceptions and their resolution. Supports the prioritization and remediation of Data Concerns. Provides permission / access to data to be consumed by Consumers. Accountable for implementation of relevant controls from the Data Control Reference Library, and monitors control effectiveness. Implement Policies and Procedures related to Data Governance for the Payments business What we’ll need from you Long and proved relevant and managerial experience in Finance organisation.
