Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a marketing strategy capable of delivering short and mid-term goals. Your role will involve coaching and motivating a team to achieve these goals, overseeing internal communications, managing agency partnerships whilst managing the department’s budget.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and train the marketing team. Set clear objectives, oversee daily activities, and ensure targets are met.
Strategic Planning: Develop an annual marketing plan and budget to support the company's sales objectives.
Support New Business: Assist in strategic new business pitches, providing marketing insights and strategies to win new clients.
Internal Communications: Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across the organisation.
Stakeholder Management: Lead point of contact for all agency partnerships and other internal and external stakeholders for marketing related activities.
Skills & Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years’ experience and be comfortable in leading all aspects of B2b marketing. Experience of working within an industrial sector such as Logistics, Manufacturing, or Engineering would be a real advantage.

Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity: An articulate and creative individual who can develop innovative marketing approaches.
Team Management: Proven experience in managing and motivating a small team.
IT Literacy: High degree of IT literacy to effectively manage various online tools and platforms.
Budget Management: Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
