We are committed to developing our people and after experiencing a period of growth are now looking for a fantastic Training Facilitator to join our HR team!
This is a part time role of 22.5- 30 hours per week (we can be flexible with the structure of these hours across Monday- Friday). With a salary of between £25,000- £30,000 pro rata, DOE.
We operate a Hybrid working approach, with your time being split between home working and our beautiful listed building (based in Trull). There will also be the requirement to deliver training at our nursing homes in Bromsgrove, Exmouth, Crewkerne, Dorchester and Plymouth.
Day to Day your role will include:
* Create and deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options.
* Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees.
* Manage Apprenticeship Schemes.
* Develop and manage career pathway schemes.
* Evaluate training and development programmes, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance.
* Identify training and development needs within Amica through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and the Operations Team.
* Design, expand and manage training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual.
* Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme, considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets
* Monitor the training budget, review the monthly expenditure reports and report any overspends or predicted overspends to the HRBP and Operations Team.
Requirements include:
* Proven experience in a learning and development environment.
* Experience of working within the healthcare sector (desirable)
* Experience of using digital platforms and systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Analytical skills to identify training needs and learning gaps.
* Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
* A strong customer service background
* Experience / knowledge in neurodiversity and how this affects learning and development (desirable, not essential).
* CIPD Level 5 or a Teaching qualification (desirable, not essential)
* Able to travel to different sites as required, with a flexible approach.
