Giacom is a provider of mobile product supply to a range of business partners and are launching a new Webstore service to allow partners to procure an extended range of products. Product Sales Specialists are responsible for outbound partner engagement, processing orders from Sales Order through to fulfilment, as well as supporting partners with top quality customer service.
What you'll be doing:
* Inbound / Outbound calls to new Business Partners in line with New Partner Onboarding Plan.
* Contact top 10 partners daily regarding stock orders, new kit arrivals and general care.
* Contact partners regularly to confirm Promotions of product and services.
* Raising Quotes and following up every day on each quote.
* Process Sales Orders by purchasing kit; raise and manage back orders where kit is not available; be aware of partner credit limits to reduce financial risk to the company.
* Arrange kit delivery as part of purchasing; respond to any delivery issues that arise.
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain best pricing and product information.
* Maintain excellent working relationships with Account Managers, alerting them to any potential deals or issues in real time.
* Respond to all Partner queries efficiently and professionally, enhancing the Partner experience and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Good communication ability is required for telephone calls, emails and supplier meetings where required.
* Organisation skills are very important and the ability to work under pressure at crucial times of the day to ensure all stock purchasing and support is completed in a very busy environment.
* Articulate, personable and flexible approach to work.
