About the Role
We are currently recruiting for aAssistantNight Distribution Managerto manage the night operations and support operations within the Distribution/transport and Warehouse team after office hours. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a great family run company.
Shifts
Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 07:00. Candidates will have to be flexible to fit with business demands.
What youll be doing
1. You will be responsible for the day to day management of currently 25 members of staff and 2 x shift supervisors reporting to the Night Distribution Manager.
2. Deal with any issues with the fleet overnight.
3. Ensuring the smooth running of operations and that productivity and quality objectives are met consistently.
4. Youll drive your team members to succeed and be responsible for their own growth and development, completing regular appraisals.
