We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our Administration Team as we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art care home. * Experience in a similar administrative role in a caring or customer-focused setting.
Your Daily Adventures:
* Assist the Home Manager in various administration tasks that keep the home running smoothly, from financial tasks to event planning.
* Manage Invoices and Finances: Track petty cash, handle fee payments, and support with purchasing and reconciliation. Handle payroll submissions, tracking staff hours, holiday, and leave in a timely, accurate way.
* Documentation Master: Complete forms and paperwork for admissions, discharges, payroll, and more, always on time and up to date.
* Meet and Greet: You’ll be the warm, welcoming face that visitors see first, making every guest feel like family.
Key Duties:
* General Office Work: Typing, filing, and keeping the paperwork in top shape.
* Event Coordination: Support the team in organising social events for residents to enjoy.
* Confidentiality Keeper: Maintain records in line with company policies and protect the privacy of residents and staff.
