In this role your key responsibilities will include:
1. Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
2. Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information).
3. Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office.
4. Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems.
5. Perform advanced fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems.
6. Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems.
7. Complete and submit all required paperwork.
8. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary actions.
9. Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager.
10. Provide training and guidance to colleagues.
Essential qualifications, experience and skills required:
1. Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems.
2. Advanced fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems.
3. Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems.
4. UK Driving Licence.
5. Organised and self-motivated.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Customer focused.
