Mission: In this role you will support the Offer Manager in launching new global products in accordance with the annual sales & marketing plan and will deploy key campaigns to deliver growth. The portfolio of offers within your scope will consist of products which are sold as the same model and specification throughout the world, from the Power Products & H&D business units. You will be required to build a network of contacts throughout the global business units who you can rely on for accurate product data for use both internally and externally. You will be competent in using the company ERP system, Product Information Management system and electronic document management platform to enable you to extract globally available data. Where data is missing, however, you will leverage your network of contacts to address the data gap and agree appropriate timescales for completion, in-line with the annual marketing & sales plan. Key responsibilities: Collation of pricing data to support the approval of promotions and campaigns. Create flyers to support the sales community Provide support to colleagues across the business on offers within the category, via the bFO case management process Assess the completeness of assets in Sales Conversations Tool to ensure the sales community have all information they require to support customers. Where assets are missing, work with the global team to address via the creation or improvement of experiences Assess the completeness of assets available through the UK & Ireland Schneider websites to ensure customers have all the information they require. Where assets are missing, work with the global team to ensure missing content is uploaded to EDMS and PIM and published on the website Support in the deployment of new offer launches or withdrawals inline with UK&I strategies created by the offer managers.
