We are seeking a skilled, empathetic, and proactive Behaviour Mentor with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor to join our dedicated team in Manchester, working across Key Stages 1 to 4. This role will be based in specialist settings, supporting students who benefit from additional guidance to thrive in their education. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 and group support to students, using behaviour management strategies to foster positive change and promote resilience. • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored behaviour plans. • Act as a positive role model, supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development. • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that encourages students to engage fully in learning activities. Requirements: • Prior experience in a UK PRU or Alternative Provision setting, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of working with students who have diverse needs. • Strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a high level of professionalism and dedication to fostering positive outcomes for students. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work ethic. • An enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (for both child and adult)
